We respond within 30 days, and sooner where applicable law or an agreement with your school or institution requires it.

Data protection officers and local representatives

We have not been required to appoint a data protection officer or a local representative in any jurisdiction in which we currently operate. If that changes, their name and contact details will be published in this section before we begin processing personal information that triggers the requirement.

If you are a school, district, or authority that believes a designation is required in your jurisdiction, please write to us before provisioning accounts so that we can put it in place first.

Supervisory authorities

You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection or privacy authority in your country or region, where one exists. Ask us and we will tell you how to reach the relevant authority.
